How Many Participants Needed?
Online you need at least 4 people
In my Local area--you need at least 6 people for a workshop.
USA, outside my local area--please contact me.
Outside USA--need at least 20 for a two day or more workshop.
Time & Location
First we have to decide on a date that gives people ample time to sign up. Next, you will be responsible for location. This could be at someone's house, or even at a hotel conference room. It simply needs to be a place that is reasonably quite and comfortable chairs. Date of deadline to sign up will also need to be established. It will be up to you to get the minimum by the deadline, I will promote the best I can on my website for you and on my Facebook page.
Also, other choices for lowest rates for public room rental are libraries, churches, some metaphysical centers and book stores and banks. Some of these will also permit you to post a flyer on their bulletin board and will list your workshop you are hosting in their calendar.
Group Consultations (Clinics) or private consultations may be available to book with a workshop after workshop hours or day after workshop.
Promoting the Workshop or Clinic
To help promote your workshop a flyer will be made for you to pass out. For animal communication workshop, post on bulletin boards at local pet stores, veterinarians, stables, dog grooming shops, tack & feed stores, any animal groups, pet photography. Also, the following places:
All other workshops you can post flier at health food stores, and most holistic type practitioners offices, massage schools, natural food grocery stores, yoga centers, health clubs, libraries, churches, and some metaphysical centers and bookshops, various study & support groups, coffee shops, and other local businesses. Internet, newspaper, magazines, are also great ways to post your workshop you are hosting.
Registration
Your guest will register on this website via info on flier. Once I know the minimum is met. I will send out a guest information packet for event. Once they receive their confirmation, you will be their contact person.
Food and Drinks
To keep you guest comfortable it would be best if you arrange for caffeine free coffee, tea, water and other healthy drinks and snacks for guest. Plus, any cups, napkins, etc. They will be instructed to bring a sack lunch.
Lodging and Transportation
If outside of local area you will need to provide a place for me stay while I am there. Also, transportation where I need to go like, ride to and from airport, classes and where I will be eating.
