Weeks 1, 2, 3, & 4:  Self-awareness & self-confidence

Weeks 5, 6, & 7:  Outlook shift

These three weeks will help you shift your outlook on things.  Explore your values, what motivates you, and what doesn't.  Align what you say, what you think, with who you are.

Weeks 8:  Critic Review
